Cancellation Policy

A registered student may cancel their registration and receive a refund of the registration paid (less a $30 cancellation charge), so long as the cancellation request is placed by phone (615-673-8281) by midnight on May 31. As of June 1st, there will be no refunds given for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes flight cancellations, delays, illnesses, work conflicts, weather issues, etc. PWI bears no responsibility as to flight, hotel, or other non-registration costs that may prove to be non-refundable. A student's registration may be transferred to another person at any time.
